SITUATION
Nearly two years post-launch, a major pharmaceutical company wanted to further accelerate growth for its largest brand ahead of competitive entrances. As a result, the Team looked to Luminas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by hyper focusing on areas to unlock opportunities.
